Customized Personal Training

Locomotion: Using 4 different animal movements, we utilize the whole body to improve strength, flexibility, and motor control.
Bodyweight skills: Breaking down bodyweight movements, we show you how to move from basic to advanced in push-ups, inverted press, chin-ups, single-leg squats, broad jumps, dips, L-sit, and handstands.
Weightlifting: With a focus on weightlifting, we build your overall strength and mobility. We also train you on the Snatch, the Clean, and the Jerk movements tested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

What to Expect

Everybody is different, so each session will be different based on your needs. For an initial consult, we will first get clear on your goals. We will then evaluate your strength, control, and flexibility through a series of movements for bodyweight and weightlifting positions. We will then have what we need to create a customized training plan specifically for you.

back 2 basics group sessions

Bodyweight and locomotion skills class focused on principles and skills taught with the GMB method. The class uses locomotion drills to increase flexibility, strength, and control. It also utilizes bodyweight skills from planks to pull-ups and squats to handstands.

Our goal is for you to be comfortable and confident in moving and controlling your body while rediscovering fun movement in the process.

Classes are offered Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 9:00am.

online coaching

Online coaching allows for the benefits of a personalized training program without the confines of fitting another appointment into your hectic schedule. Our program allows you to upload videos of your assigned training and provide text feedback. We will then provide specific feedback to you as you continue to grow in your fitness journey.

Online coaching allows you to train from once a week up to 6 times per week. It is based on your schedule and made convenient for you.
