Customized Personal Fitness Training

Locomotion: Using 4 different animal movements, we utilize the whole body to improve strength, flexibility, and motor control.

Bodyweight skills: We break down bodyweight movements and show you how to move from basic to advanced in push-ups, inverted presses, chin-ups, single-leg squats, broad jumps, dips, L-sits, and handstands.

Weightlifting: We focus on weightlifting to build your overall strength and mobility. We also train you on the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk movements tested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

What To Expect

Your session will be individualized based on your needs. We will clarify your goals and evaluate your strength, control, and flexibility through movements for bodyweight and weightlifting positions.

At the end of our session, you will have a customized training plan specifically for you.

Back 2 Basics Group Training Sessions

Bodyweight and locomotion skills class focused on principles and skills taught with the GMB method.

The class uses locomotion drills to increase flexibility, strength, and control. It also utilizes bodyweight skills from planks to pull-ups and squats to handstands.

Our goal is for you to be comfortable and confident in moving and controlling your body while rediscovering fun movement.

Classes are offered Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.

Online Coaching

Online coaching provides the benefits of a personalized training program without fitting another appointment into your hectic schedule.

Our program allows you to upload videos of your assigned training and provide text feedback. We will then provide specific feedback to you as you continue to grow in your fitness journey.

Online coaching allows you to train from once a week up to six times per week. It is based on your schedule and made convenient for you.
