Hi, I’m Will

William Nollenberger is an engineer turned strength and mobility personal trainer. William found a passion for coaching through martial arts and loves to help people become stronger, increase mobility, and gain the confidence and ability to do things they never thought they could do.

William works with people of all ages, from teens wanting to get stronger for sports to those 60+ wanting to improve their quality of life.

When not working, William spends time with his wife, Ashley, their son, and their dog.

Training Credentials

  • Certified GMB Trainer
  • USA Weightlifting Level 2

William has apprenticed with GMB to become a certified GMB trainer, which allows him to host seminars and train bodyweight skills with great efficiency.

He has taken the USAWL2 coach course, which allows him to train athletes and help them progress to the national level in Olympic Weightlifting.
